Point missed by all is the fact that this “phony corporation” tax haven setup is and was LEGAL. Whether right or wrong morally, Malta, Panama, Gibraltar, Cayman Islands, and even Ireland use many methods that encourage the rich to move money there.

At least in the US. millionaire and billionaires hiding money in offshore shell companies to avoid paying taxes, should

be stripped of their citizenship. If they don't respect the country they live in enough to pay their fair share of taxes, they

should be shown the door!
